There's no place like OM
Relaxing Sound Meditation

This meditation is created with frequencies known to melt away tension and bring relaxation. It is beneficial for those struggling with the following:
- Stress

- Anxiety

- Sleep issues

- Anger and Frustration

How to use this meditation tool:

- After a stressful situation

- At the end of your work day to relax

- Before bedtime to fall asleep faster and welcome deep restful sleep

Prepare yourself:
- Create a private space where you are free from interruptions

- You may lay down on the couch, in bed, on a yoga mat, or even outdoors directly on the ground (Earthing)

- You may also use this meditation in bed when falling asleep at night

- Turn off the ringer and notifications on your cell phone

- Tune into a balance breath by counting to three on the inhale and on the exhale. Build up to breathing in and out, for five seconds. When you are ready, relax back into your natural breathing cycle and let the sounds take you away.

OM Meditaton

Elevate
Uplifting and Harmonizing Sound Meditation

This meditation is created with frequencies known to harmonize your vessel and restore balance. Most people will feel a positive and uplifting activation.

 

This session is good for those suffering from:

- Seeking to uplift your overall spirit

How to use this Meditation tool:

- In the morning to set intentions for your day

- When you have that afternoon slump and need a break to finish off your day

- Manifesting journal practices

Prepare yourself:
- Create a private space where you are free from interruptions

- You may lay down on the couch, in bed, or on a yoga mat, or sit in a meditation position

- Some people may enjoy journaling or writing out your current manifestations / goals while listening to this sound meditation

- Turn off the ringer and notifications on your cell phone

- Tune into the feeling of gratitude while breathing in and out for three seconds on both the inhale and exhale for a few rounds. When ready, settle back into your natural breathing cycle, and let the sounds take you away.

About Michelle

Michelle has been exploring and sharing sound healing for fifteen years with certifications in Sound and Vibrational Healing, Breathwork, and HeartMath. She has performed sessions ranging from privates to group classes along with participating in corporate wellness programs festivals, and celebrity gatherings. This includes large sound meditation experiences with a full team and special guest musicians. In 2018, Michelle launched the Sonic Being Sound Healing Training Program and has successfully passed along her knowledge of sound and vibrational healing over the last few years. Learn from someone who has a broad range of real-life experience of sharing sound healing in all its forms. Michelle created the training she wished was available when she first started out.
