Relaxing Sound Meditation
This meditation is created with frequencies known to melt away tension and bring relaxation. It is beneficial for those struggling with the following:
- Stress
- Anxiety
- Sleep issues
- Anger and Frustration

How to use this meditation tool:
- After a stressful situation
- At the end of your work day to relax
- Before bedtime to fall asleep faster and welcome deep restful sleep

Prepare yourself:
- Create a private space where you are free from interruptions
- You may lay down on the couch, in bed, on a yoga mat, or even outdoors directly on the ground (Earthing)
- You may also use this meditation in bed when falling asleep at night
- Turn off the ringer and notifications on your cell phone
- Tune into a balance breath by counting to three on the inhale and on the exhale. Build up to breathing in and out, for five seconds. When you are ready, relax back into your natural breathing cycle and let the sounds take you away.

Uplifting and Harmonizing Sound Meditation
