The Sonic Being Method
Sound Healing Training Level 1 -Spring 2022
3 Week Course + Self-study Learn the fundamentals of Sound Healing along with hands-on practice with an array of instruments used in the field. Develop techniques to relax, release, and balance energy from a perspective where science meets spirituality. Students will learn how to hold space for individuals, small groups. and most importantly, self-care.
