New Moon / New Year Sound Bath

Let's gather for an intimate sound bath experience and welcome the energy of the first New Moon of 2023.  The New Moon lands in Aquarius and inspires us to celebrate our uniqueness. We also have a few planets moving direct so we are stepping into a time of forward motion and productivity.  Lastly, on this day we celebrate the Chinese New Year - Year of the Rabit. The rabbit is the symbol of longevity, peace, and prosperity in Chinese Culture. This is a perfect time to activate your new year endeavors, fine-tune your intentions, and the direction you want to fly for this year! 

The session includes light breathwork with vocal toning to prepare the mind, body, and spirit for a powerful meditation.
