Full Moon Sound Bath
Time & Location
About The Event
Join Michelle Berc and Special Musical Guest Megan Hook for a healing sound journey that will relax the mind, balance energy centers, and rejuvenate your spirit.
Each Full Moon Illuminates expansion and completion. During this time, the moon is at its brightest, shining its light on the subconscious and our shadows. For many, it can be uncomfortable as many emotions bubble to the surface to be expressed. Closure may present itself in many areas of your life such as relationships and projects arriving at a place of completion. Grounding yourself with meditation and trusting your intuition will allow you to move through this monthly phase with ease and grace. In August, the Full Moon lands in Aquarius, activating energy in our home life, family and intimate relationships.
The program includes light breath work with vocal toning leading into a live and acoustic performance of sacred and rare instruments. A blissful sonic universe will be created with Crystal & Tibetan Singing Bowls, Sacred Drums & Percussion, Gongs, Tuning Forks, and more. Sounds and vibrations are tuned to 432hz – a natural frequency found in nature and sacred geometry which are more nutritional for the human being.
